All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Pre-Order Shipping

Items purchased during a pre-order launch are made specially for our customers.

Pre-order items will ship within 6–8 weeks from the date the pre-order period closes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
